Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or safari request carries no obligation. Quotations are personal to you, valid until their stated expiry date, and confirmable prices are only those issued in writing by our consultants.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we confirm receipt of the agreed deposit. Specific terms — payment schedule, cancellation policy and what is included — are stated in your booking confirmation and quotation.
